Welcome to Shivosa CRM. By accessing or using our software as a service (SaaS) platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. License to Use

Shivosa CRM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Service for your school's internal administrative purposes, subject to your payment of applicable subscription fees.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password). You agree to provide accurate information when registering your institution and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data strictly for the provision of the Service. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the CRM.

4. Fees and Payments

Premium features require a subscription fee of ₹4,999. Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Limitation of Liability

Shivosa CRM is provided "as is". We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
