Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Service Delivery

Shivosa CRM is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS). Upon successful payment of the ₹4,999 Premium plan fee, access to premium features (including the Kanban board, advanced analytics, and WhatsApp AI integration) is granted instantly and automatically.

2. Refund Policy

Because Shivosa CRM is a digital service delivered immediately upon purchase, all subscription payments are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial use or unused periods.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future automated billing (if applicable), but you will retain access to your Premium features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
